Jillian Philips - Paper Meadow -Night sparkle

Paper Meadow is a collection inspired by a trip to Wellington in New Zealand, where I found some vintage paper samples in a secondhand book shop and used them to make collaged flowers and leaves.  Pop a splash of colour into your makes with this quirky little spot print.. splashes of red, mustard and blue.
